Feedback, whether positive, neutral or negative is necessary, so please don't be afraid to let me know how you feel about transactions, speed of shipping or product. I hope that in future I will then be able to improve my service.  Please add in your subject line your main feeling about the overall transaction, shipping and product.

Ethereal Dreams is an online store for the handmade jewellery that I make.

"Everyone deserves to sparkle..."

To me, when I put on a new pair of earrings, or wear a new necklace or something I feel as though I do sparkle, and confidence in born within me. This feeling is further increased when I am wearing something that I made myself. Hence Ethereal Dreams was born...

To me, being able to create something that can bring a little joy is a dream, a dream which I would like to last for as long as I can.

I believe everyone deserves that.

PRICING & SHIPPING/DELIVERY

• Prices are given on the Items for Sale page in Pound Sterling since I live in the UK
  
• Shipping is done via UK's Royal Mail, quota for shipping will be calculated individually for items. But since jewellery is not as heavy as other things, the price for shipping shouldn't go over £2.00. If people know of cheaper shipping companies, please don't hesitate to let me know via comment.
• Insurance is not included in the shipping prices, if you would like extra insurance, please ask as I will not be held responsible for the items once they are handed over to the Post Office for shipping.
• All payments are done using Paypal, or if necessary concealed cash (but I ask that they be in the British pound sterling currency only)

GENERAL GUIDELINES

• Browse at leisure
• Please comment for queries, questions or general interest regarding items of jewellery for sale in the Items for Sale section only
  
• Feedback about purchases and deliveries can be done by commenting in the Feedback section.
  
• When I have received the money, then I send out the order on my next delivery day (I aim to make it about twice a week on Mondays and Fridays). I will comment back to you when I have sent it out so you know that it is on it's way.
• Items will be shipped in bubble wrap, tissue wrap or plastic wallets to preserve the items.
• Due to photography lighting etc, the items may not be in the exact same colour as shown in the photos.
• Any queries regarding anything written above, please don't hesitate to ask me.
